The Opel Crossland X is a subcompact crossover SUV to be produced by the German manufacturer Opel, that was unveiled to the media in January 2017. It is based on the Groupe PSA's PF1 platform, shared with the Citroën C3 Picasso and the Peugeot 2008.
It will go on sale in summer, and replace the Meriva, a MPV of similar size, as demand for crossovers and SUVs is continually growing. In the United Kingdom, it will be marketed as the Vauxhall Crossland X. The car was officially shown in the 2017 Geneva Motor Show in March 2017.
